Elmar Kert

CEO & Co-Founder

Elmar brings extensive leadership experience in scaling sustainability initiatives within the electronics industry. Prior to co-founding Sluicebox, he spearheaded a $10 billion sustainability product portfolio at AWS data centers. With a background as a Material Science Engineer, Elmar has deep expertise in global supply chain manufacturing, gained through leadership roles at manufacturing facilities in Dresden and previously at Siemens.

Sarah is a dynamic leader and proven innovator in the electronics and corporate sustainability sectors, having led strategic innovation projects for notable clients such as NASA and Arrow Electronics. Sarah spearheaded a startup that engaged with 80% of Fortune 500 companies and rapidly generated a $100 million customer pipeline, scaling from 0 to 8 figures of revenue in 2 years — a success documented in a Harvard Business School case study.

Co-Founder

Emi is an accomplished AI engineering leader with a passion for creating impactful solutions. She previously led engineering teams in the development of self-driving car technology for Uber and Aurora. As a founding Machine Learning Engineer at Outreach, she contributed to the company's growth before its $100M funding round. Emi is also a two-time individual silver medalist in global Kaggle competitions.

Dr. Sandeep Chinchali

Dr. Sandeep Chinchali

AI Research

Dr. Sandeep Chinchali is a leading expert in AI research, bringing a wealth of experience from both academia and industry. He holds a PhD in Computer Science from Stanford University and a degree in Electrical Engineering from Caltech, and has conducted research at NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory. He currently leads Electrical Engineering and AI research at the University of Texas at Austin.
